As a dually qualified Spanish abogado and English solicitor he has for 20 years been closely involved with private international law/the conflicts of law and with a variety of international family matters, has expertise in multi-jurisdiction litigation, including forum disputes, international enforcement, analysis of foreign laws, international treaties and complex financial matters where offshore assets are an issue. International consultancy and agency work for other lawyers is a significant part of the practice. Most clients are referred to by law societies, embassies, consulates, other firms of solicitors and chambers of barristers. He currently practises in London, where he opened his own practice in Lincoln’s Inn 5 years ago.
