Erica deals with all areas of family law, particularly complex ancillary relief cases including offshore tax and trust aspects and private Children Act work.
She acted for Lady Conran against Sir Terence in 1998 and achieved the highest reported award at that time. Recently she acted for Lady Judge in her application to set aside judgement on the basis of mistake, non disclosure and an intervening (a Barder) event.
Erica is a member of IAML (International Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers) and ACTAPS (Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Lawyers). Erica is recommended by Legal 500, 2008 and is ranked as a 'leading individual' by Chambers & Partners 2009.
