Roger Bamber is the Joint Head of the national family law team at Mills & Reeve, where he is also a partner.
Roger is a national authority on family law, and lectures extensively to legal practitioners and to the Judicial Studies Board. He has written numerous articles and books, including Pensions and Insurance on Family Breakdown, and The Family through Divorce. He is the original author and editor of www.divorce.co.uk and www.internationaldivorce.co.uk.
In 2003 Roger was one of the first solicitors in England to train in collaborative family law. He has been a leading proponent of this approach. He also practises as a mediator.
Roger has been appointed to The Times Law Panel – an advisory body of the 100 most prominent lawyers in the country.
