A partner at Kingsley Napley since 2001, Charlotte is a specialist in matrimonial and family law. A trained mediator and collaborative lawyer, she was a founding member of the UK Collaborative Law Movement. She is a member of Resolution (formerly the Solicitors Family Law Association) and is Law Society and Resolution accredited (substantial assets and child abduction). As Chair of Resolution’s International Committee 2004-2006, Charlotte specialises in international aspects of family law particularly on European issues. She regularly lectures and writes on family issues, especially international aspects and collaborative law. She is also a fellow of the International Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and a member of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals.
