Qualified as a solicitor in the family law team at Withers in 1995; became a partner in 2002. Member of Resolution Cohabitation Committee since 1996 and Deputy Chair of that committee since 2003. Lecturer and author on family law issues (including divorce chapter in Lexis/Nexis Tax Planning for Farm and Land Diversification). Commentator on family law issues in press and broadcast media. Fellow of the International Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers.
